How do I delete my account?
Open the app, tap Profile in the bottom tab bar, scroll to the bottom of the
profile editor, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account,
every scan you saved, every share link, and every 3D model. It cannot be
undone.
Why is processing taking a long time?
3D reconstruction typically runs 2 to 10 minutes. If your scan was short, in
low light, or moved quickly, processing may take longer or fail. Try again
with even lighting and a slow, steady orbit around the subject's head.
Where does my profile photo live?
On your device only. Crown does not upload your profile photo to any server.
If you switch phones, you will need to set the photo again.
I forgot my password.
Sign in with Apple bypasses password recovery: just tap "Sign in with Apple"
on the sign-up screen. For email and password accounts, contact us at the
address above and we will help reset access.
